Rodents Around The Chicken Coop
73 videos • 7,994 views • by BIG Feathers Farm I've been dealing with many rodents inside and outside the chicken coops: groundhogs, rats and mice. These rodents are all extremely destructive in different ways. The rats chew through the wood in the chicken coop and leave droppings everywhere and make it an overall mess, not to mention the diseases that they carry and can transmit to humans and chickens, same things goes for the mice. And as for the groundhogs, they dig massive tunnels in front of the barn and next to the barn, causing the ground to become unsettled and not good for trees and the creek bank. With these massive holes it can cause trees to fall and possibly destroy the entire barn. Join me in this playlist as I do everything I can, with and without, the chickens and cats help to get rid of these pesky creatures.
