Please modify to suit you and your fitness level and your desired intensity. If you do not have Zumba Toning sticks, you can use light hand weights (3 lbs or less), water bottles, canned goods, or just your body weight, focusing on contracting the muscles you are working and making sure to use proper form to protect your joints.You will need to pick up the sticks/weights after the warm up and will put them down after the last song before the cool down/stretch. If at any time you feel too much fatigue, drop the weight and keep going using your body weight. You will still get a great workout. Dance is JOY! Thanks for watching!
