To beat this randomizer we need to collect all 7 medallions to build the rainbow bridge to cross to Ganon's Castle and defeat Ganon. Keys, maps, and compasses all get randomized within their respective dungeons. Medallions and spiritual stones are randomly given to us by beating the dungeons and temples. Gold skulltula tokens remain unrandomized. Shopsanity is turned on. Scrubsanity is turned on. Cowsanity is turned on.
