My video series will cover the Concept of Four String Groups for Chords- This is a complete Study which will cover Major 7th type, Min7th type, Dominant 7th type, Altered Dominant 7th type , and Diminished 7th type chords with an introduction to voicings on the Augmented Scale/Six Tone Symmetrical Scale as well. This first introductory video describes examples of how the different voicings will be presented with a variety of string groups and voicing spacing types. This study will be an extended series of video demonstrations that will help one master all the essential chord types on the Guitar far past the basic inversions of seventh chords, develop the ear, uncover a range of new chord spacings and a wide range of voicings with many unique voice leading possibilities, and develop technical control of the Guitar for writing and performance. Jazz, Fusion, and Classical players will find this useful and the applications to Solo Guitar, Composition, and Group Performance are limitless.
