14 Day Summer Strong Challenge

Here you are tasked to complete 1 workout a day for 14 days straight while following the guidelines below. Challenge is FREE so there is no excuses not to participate. Challenge will be posted on my YouTube channel so subscribe today and letβs get to work!ππͺπ½ Below are a few guidelines for the challenge. ππ½ 1. Each day will have an on-demand workout video that you can workout to at anytime (whatever fits your schedule). Workouts will be posted daily at 5am CST. 2. Each day has a full workout but if you find yourself crazy sore and need a rest day, definitely take it and jump back in the next day. 3. Make sure you drink 1 gallon of water a day 4. Cut out all refined sugar and dairy products. Fruit is okay to eat (no meal plans are given for this challenge) 5. Donβt overcomplicate this and have fun!
