I suggest picking 3 different drills, ( you can do 1 or 2 videos as well but I like the variety) Do each drill 3 times, rest about a minute until your heart rate slows down, and repeat each drill for a total of 3 times. 3 drills, 3 times each, back to back!! That's it!! Switch it up, change up the order of the drills, select different ones each time and watch yourself change!
