Each playlist consists of 10 songs and incorporates cardio dance fitness, strengthening and toning, weighted hula hoop segment and fitness drumming. For weights we always recommend low weights high reps (2-3lbs or 1-1.5kg). If you don't have weights at home, feel free to grab water bottles, canned food or even fruit that you can comfortably hold. In terms of hula hoops - we recommend 3lbs hula hoops medium size (no need for heavier ones). If you don't have one - not a problem! Be kind to yourself and do what you can.
