ABOUT THE ALBUM - In Elton John's "Jewel Box" there were various tracks in the "Rarities" that were all intended for a never released Elton John album - "Regimental Sgt. Zippo". This was to be a trippy psychedelic, Beatles-inspired album that was all set to introduce Elton John to the world before it was ultimately shelved. Zippo would be lost in the archives until recently with the official album out on Vinyl as apart of "Record Store Day" and again in 2022, for digital streaming. Six of the 12 songs were released on "Jewel box" but five are here in their finished versions for the first time and a debut release for another track, "You'll Be Sorry To See Me Go"
