In these clips I'm using a variety of ammo 9.5mm steel(3.5 grams), 8×11mm lead beans (4.5 grams) and 10mm lead(6 grams). I'd strongly recommend that beginners start hunting with nothing less than 10mm lead and double bands (20-15mm Theraband Gold) or looped tubes (1745) and you should be very well practiced and efficient with your catty before you think about trying to kill with it.
