Watch as the Avatar weathers bugs, crashes, awful dialog, and utter disregard for established lore in a race to save the land he loves from the big red jerk and his cronies! As someone who loved Ultima VI and the games that followed it, I was utterly dismayed by Ultima IX. As such, my commentary includes quite a few references and corrections to help keep things in perspective. I also did a lot of research on Ultima IX's development history and sprinkled information about that in when it was relevant. I didn't take advantage of any exploits, and did my best to play the game as it was probably meant to be played. This is a very thorough and detailed Let's Play that I hope will delight and entertain any fan of the Ultima series, whether or not they enjoyed Ultima IX itself. This playthrough uses patch 1.19f so that the game is actually playable.
