A strong vision coupled with active hope for the future can energize the rural landscape and create brighter futures. Attend the conference and connect with a powerful network of catalysts to discover and learn how to build hope and invigorate rural places. Objectives 1. Inspire faculty, staff, students, and partners to engage with the Rural Futures Institute. 2. Encourage attendees to forge partnerships that promote bold innovative ideas that result in vibrant rural futures. 3. Foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship that builds hope and invigorates the rural landscape. This year the Rural Futures Conference was held in two locations. The Lincoln site was held at Nebraska Innovation Campus on October 21–23, and for the first time ever, the Rural Futures Conference connected live to a second site at the Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture (NCTA) in Curtis, Nebraska on October 21 and 22.
