It played a mix of new and old dance music tracks. From 1988 - 2000, Party Zone was produced and programmed by James Hyman and hosted by Simone Angel from 1991 - 1998. MTV Adria (South-Eastern Europe) was the last of the MTV channels in Europe to schedule the show, where it was scheduled every Friday and Saturday night until September 17, 2017.
