ADHD/DePpreSSiOn//ComInG off MeDs

ADHD, hormones, depression, stress, burn out, and no meds for the first time in two years.. the combination has been very interesting lol. THE MIGRAINE THOUGH. FIVE DAY migraine business?? Rude. And nearly drowning ( I share about that in the last video ). Paramedics. Dropped heart rate. Messes pile up. Nausea. My dyslexia got worse!? Seeing letters backwards?! ALL MY USUAL SYMPTOMS WERE ON 1000 too. Light sensitivity. Sound sensitivity. Extreme fatigue and lethargy. Ughhh. The list goes on tbh. It hasn’t been fun- but it reminded me to be so grateful for when I am able to do ….anything. Enjoy and appreciate the vibes when you gottem. ❤🎉 I chose to come off Wellbutrin before trying something new for ADHD specifically. Wellbutrin was for depression (which I still struggle with) but both Wellbutrin and the new adhd prescription can exacerbate anxiety (I also have been diagnosed with CPTSD and GAD 🙃) So the two meds together weren’t a good match for me and I wanted to take some time to just allow my body to reset before stepping into a new ride with new meds. All three videos are edited in a way that is intentionally a bit hectic on the senses. It’s to try to give you a taste of my flavour of adhd 😅. Sorrrryyyyy. Thanks for being here !
