Based off both the Alien & Predator franchises as well as the Alien Vs. Predator franchise itself, players take control of two different Predator types (Warrior & Hunter) with two military based humans (Major Dutch Schaefer & Lieutenant Linn Kurosawa) that form an alliance to battle off the threat of the Alien invasion that has over taken San Drad, California. While Major Dutch Schaefer & Lieutenant Linn Kurosawa are both in desperate help to fend off the Alien invasion, luckily the Predators species have appeared in seek of a new challenge/worthy hunt. If you are familiar with Capcom's other classic beat em ups such as Final Fight, Cadillacs & Dinosaurs, The Punisher, Knights of the Round, Captain Commando, etc then this game should be no surprise to you. Next to X-Men and Streets of Rage 2, Alien Vs. Predator stands as one of my favorite beat em up games of all times. The number of different Alien types you fight off against, the amount of items/arsenal that can be equipped, special moves for each character, that classic Capcom arcade graphics and music truly makes this one of the best in the beat em up genre. It wasn't until in 2019 that Alien Vs. Predator received it's first ever official port to home players via the Capcom Home Arcade Stick that included 16 classic Capcom fighting & beat em up games, including Alien Vs. Predator of course! The soundtrack is superb, and been wanting to extend it for a while now. With that in mind, I hope you enjoy yet another amazing soundtrack done by Capcom themselves! Time to hunt!
