Dallas says the series works through three topics that are intimately related: The soul (session 1), God (session 2), and Prayer (session 3). It is very difficult for us to conceptualize the worth of a soul. It is especially difficult for us today. The process of history and teaching and thought has leached out of our minds the very things we need to think about what a soul is. Dallas defines the soul as: “the unity and substance of your life. It's what makes you tick. It is the overall order or disorder that moves and organizes through your experiences. That's what your soul is. It is a power to live; and, as it goes along, it picks up the result of the experience.”
