This map is a modified version of one of the maps that came with some DLC. I added a highway bypass road, as having all non-city-related traffic go over the island was one of the main drawbacks for this map. But I like the shape and want to make a city and using all current content DLCs on it and also using lots of mods to actually make it work how I imagine it
