It covers approx 7000 square kilometers of mostly forested areas and is great for car camping and backcountry camping. I have been to quite a few lakes in Algonquin and still have many more to discover. With the popularity of Algonquin Park growing so much in recent years, I haven't done as many trips there as I would like to as I enjoy more remote areas recently, but I still love the park and visit as much as I can.
