The course lasts three months and will result in the creation of a touristic Augmented Reality app which is intended for the general public, and will be available for handheld devices in the app store and Google Play store, featuring some of the historical and cultural heritage highlights of Kočevje and the wider region. The course aims to firstly reconstruct in 3d the Kočevje Castle which has been completely destroyed during the Second World War and enable tourists to explore it and get additional content in Augmented Reality by using the AR application. In a later stage more content will be collaboratively created for the app and it will become a tool for tourists and visitors to discover the Kočevje region.
