From animal cruelty, the methane from cows, to other greenhouse gas emissions leading to increasing the greenhouse effect and global warming; to the pollution of our rivers, lakes and oceans, causing deadlines killing fish and turning areas into toxic waste. I discuss how the sustainability of dairy farming, and how the meat and diary industry are on track to becoming the single biggest greenhouse gas emitters exceeding that of the fossil fuel industry.
