Increasingly pronouncements (including in Glasgow, England, COP Summit) about how nations are engaged in reducing carbon footprint while the energy usage using fossil fuels continues to increase at unprecedented level. I answer why such discrepancy exists between reality and rhetoric. I do not intend to make this series either political or partisan. Instead, the explanations are based on the data available. I present graphs and charts and offer explanation which is based on the data we have.
