Winter Spiti Expedition with Gang of Thars
6 videos • 0 views • by Tomar Vilogs starting 3 Feb we marked on Winter Spiti Trip with Gang of Thars where 30 Thars were their in the convoy. it was very dry until now but we were lucky that it snowed just a week before our trip and we could snow in al the famous hill stations on our way, be it Shimla, Kufri, Narkanda, and then whole of Kaza starting with Sumdo until the last place we visited. people from all the 4 corners of India joined us, there was Mr. Siva and Prashant from South, Mr Mustafa from Mumbai and we already had GoT members from North and Eastern Indian already in Delhi. We witnessed everything be it snowfall, black ice, blocked roads because of landslide, extreme -36 temp in Gaza, Thars. not starting in extreme cold, had to put vodka in washer fluids, covered diesel cars with 3 layers of Tarpulene, put antifreeze in Diesel cars, lowered the tyre pressure to -22, tow vehicle, put snow chain and damaged bumpers of few of the car during snow drifting. it was all a fun filled trip, made some new friends, learnt a lot from each others mistakes.
