It was entited "Dean Gray - American Edit: The Theatrical Experience." The show was presented by Bootie Mashup's house band Smash-Up Derby and starred performance artist Foxy Cotton. It was a combination of live music, theatre, and visuals, and it was the first and only time it was performed. The video was shot and edited by Ben Estabrook from Altamont Productions.
