He was voiced by Jim Henson during 1962-1990. He was silent in the "Muppets Christmas Carol", and had a spoken role on "Muppets Tonight", so he was voiced by Bill Barretta during 1996-present. I love his poetry segments. They were funny, I first watched them when I was 2 months old. Issac was laughing so loud at these, he couldn't stop watching these! My favorite songs by him are Cottleston Pie, I Never Harmed An Onion, and the Garden Song. Rest in peace, Jim Henson. If you're in heaven, I'll bet that you and Ken Page will make music with you.
