Restoring a Vintage Chrysler 440 V-8-Powered Dirt Track Ford Race Car

A few years ago, we met "Snowball" Bishop on a Barn Find Hunter trip to the mountains of central Virginia, a place where you can't throw a stone without hitting a race track. Among his many "barn find" cars he had strewn about a farm field, a particular, mean-looking, rusty old Ford dirt track race car caught our eye. And after sitting down with Snowball and hearing his stories of his glory days of sliding sideways around a dirt oval, we knew we had to bring this car back to life. So that 1937 Ford Coupe and a non-functioning 1968 Chrysler 440 V-8 engine made their way back to our shop where we gave them our famous "Redline Rebuild" treatment. We hope you enjoy the project!
