17 videos • 903 views • by An Old School Home KETO RECIPES FOR BEGINNERS I started the Keto diet this past summer (2020). I was on it last year as well. Last year I've lost a lot of weight while on it, but because of some events I got off of it. This summer, I decided to start the Keto diet again because of joint pains and thought I should share my Keto recipes for beginners with you all. The recipes are very easy and follow the Keto protocol strictly. I cannot eat any processed carbs, sugar (even fruit) because they cause me an enormous joint discomfort. Last year I thought the joint pain was due to the extra 30 pounds I was caring around, so I started the Keto diet in order to loose weight quicker. But I discovered that within a week of quitting all processed foods, carbs and sugar, the pain was gone. Prior to last summer (2019) I had no problems with my joints, but something switched in my body and I became highly allergic to those foods. In addition to switching to the Keto diet, I also eat 18/6 - I eat 2 meals a day within a 6 hour window and don't eat for 18 hours. This past summer (2020) I even did One Meal A Day for the entire month of July and I felt great. Between May 11th and August 11th I've lost 20 pounds. If I can do it, so can you!
