Crowe Flows

They're part yoga, part dynamic mobility, part static stretching, part basic movement patterns, part co-ordination, part flexibility test, part....It's a mish-mash of everything. I won't post videos in this section simply copying stuff I've seen elsewhere. As this is a new form of exercise for me the complexity and capability of the flows will intensify over time but I use these near every day on either myself, with my clients, in group training or classes. We all need to move, more, better, more fluidly, with better mobility and flexibilty and perhaps even a little animal kingdom like. Also, generally speaking I perform a certain flow to address an "issue" (such as tight groin muscles) or improve a movement pattern (such as squatting). Flows should make you feel instantly better about your movement patterns and work best with lots of practice. Don't be discouraged if at first you cannot achieve certain positions, do you best with the range of motion you can handle without compensations in posture or technique and get better over time. I couldn't do a cartwheel for the first 33 years of my life. Now, I half not suck at them. Everything takes practice.
