Sometimes I know about them, like the ACANA African Festival and Caribbean Festival, both at Penn's Landing during August, sometimes I walk into them when I am in Chinatown buying greens and tofu. Sometimes I stand in the side and video what I see, sometimes I walk with the paraders. Philadelphia has amazing backdrops: we do not have oceans but we have the Delaware and Schuylkill Rivers, and we have Independence Hall! Keep coming back, I am constantly adding more from my archives or from my camera.
