Along with the Father and the Son, the Holy Spirit is one of the divine persons of the godhead. He is also described using the metaphors of water and wind. Therefore, it is helpful to think of the Holy Spirit as the triune God pouring himself out into the world, filling his people in order to transform them into his own image. Someday, the whole world will be filled with God’s presence, but that filling begins with us! In order to be filled and transformed by the Holy Spirit, we must align ourselves with him. These six practices will help us align with the Holy Spirit. It’s time to REFLECT on our spiritual lives and be RENEWED by the Holy Spirit.
