We have so many awesome neighbourhoods to choose from in Vancouver! One thing a lot of people love here in Vancouver BC is the level of diversity that is apparent in every corner. That diversity is more heavily Chinese and Asian dominant however you’ll find every culture represented here so if you’re looking for a diverse culture-heavy area, these neighbourhoods we highlight are definitely going to give you that. Vancouver BC neighbourhoods are wonderful – truly! Every Greater Vancouver neighbourhood we highlight in this playlist is near or within a short drive of the mountains and the ocean which just makes living the good ol’ outdoor life that we love here even easier! Having access to the outdoor amenities we have is a huge perk here, and it’s something that a lot of our top neighbourhoods enjoy. You’ll also find that a lot of the areas inside of the communities are also really safe, so you can enjoy all of the amenities while also enjoying a lot of comfort and safety along the way. There are some hidden gems when it comes to the neighbourhoods here. There are several neighbourhoods that everyone talks about here, and we tend to get lots of questions about those popular areas. HOWEVER – that being said, we highlight some of the lesser-known areas as well so that you can get past the hype and find some other little-known secret communities that are starting to really take off (and have some pretty great opportunities in terms of home prices and investment opportunities).
