This bi-weekly program will focus on the lives of older adults in Caledon and the surrounding area, and will provide information on opportunities, services, and supports available for older members of of the community to ensure they are happy, healthy, and secure in their homes. By highlighting resources and helpful tips, this series aims to increase awareness, reduce stigma, and connect our residents to the organizations and programs that best suit their unique circumstances, needs, and full lives in Caledon.
