Mixed Designs

In this video series I review the analysis of both types of factors, and then discuss the analysis of data obtained with a design that includes both factors. A mixed design is quite useful in behavioral, social, and medical research because you can use this design to investigate trends in different conditions. This can provide answers to questions such as, "does the new treatment lead to better outcomes than the traditional treatment?" and "can short-term gains be maintained over time?"
