I wasn't able to stay for the headline act Andy T Band w/Alabama Mike & Little Charlie Baty but the rest of the bands definitely put on a great show. Smokestack Lightning is a local blues band that never disappoints. Cold Shott and the Hurricane Horns were the big surprise for me with their big sound, tightness, and cool vocals. Big Pete Pearson has been a fixture in the Phoenix Blues scene, although he performs more in Europe now than in the States. Shari Puorto was fabulous. She's got a great blues voice and stage presence. Nina Curri w/Dan Rutland played in between sets and sounded excellent! All in all it was a great day!
