This is especially important if you are pregnant (or think you may be), have not exercised for the last six months or had a recent illness or injury. You should always warm up before commencing any exercise and wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Do not train if you are unwell or injured. It is better to rest than train through an illness or injury.
