I've turned hiphop into country, country into hiphop, gospel into polka, reggae into swing, you name it......and I sometimes channel Neil Diamond. I also believe that everyone has a unique sound & if you open up to the possibilities, you can find yours. Combine your influences, both in music & life, to make something fresh. Don't cop someone's groove because they're popular, you admire them or you happen to sound kind of like them. The Swizzlers project, impromptu as it is, fills my funky remake fetish & my soul at the same time.
