CB welcomes all types of content creators such as DJs, performers, and instructors. Together we can safely remain connected while supporting our communities remotely. Launched Saturday, July 25th, Community Bread streamed a global event with international DJs and artist conversations circled around otherness, collaboration & community. In solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement, we will be raising money for the Trans Women of Color Collective as well as the artists. The digital event will begin a conversation with Andrew Thomas Huang, Video Director for Bjork, FKA Twigs, Thom Yorke on queerness, asian identity & its impact on his work, followed by a dialogue with Hecha x Make Techno Black Again on reformatting business / marketing for human connection, collaboration and community. Acclaimed DJs Xiorro, Jasmine Infiniti, Mike Servito, Cali Rose, MCMLXXXV & Memphy join the roster to round out the evening with eclectic sounds of techno, acid & house music.
