These sleep meditation are designed to help you unwind from your day, release stress in your body, and prepare for sleep. At the end of the recording, I will then invite you to let go and drop down into a deep, healing sleep. If you fall asleep before the recording ends, that is perfectly fine too! This form of meditation is called yoga nidra or non sleep deep rest (NSDR). In this effortless practice, all you have to do is lie down, get supremely comfortable, and listen to my voice guide you into a deep state of relaxation and peace. The many benefits of yoga nidra can include: reducing physical and mental stress, relieving pain, boosting your creativity, aiding in sleep, manifesting your intentions, and finally feeling fully rested.
