As Canada's former Minister of Defense, Hellyer is the first and only cabinet-ranking official from a G8 nation to publicly state a belief in extraterrestrials. Paul Hellyer was Canadian Minister of Defense in the 1960s, ruling over the country's armed forces during that time of the Cold War, and when he retired he publicly stated that we are not alone in the universe, and some guests from outer space actually live here, on planet Earth, and even cooperate with some government members very secretly. The world is not yet ready for full disclosure. Also one has to understand the Laws of the Universe, which are laws of respect in the first place. Spiritually higher developed beings like Extra Terrestrial Forms of Living live by the law of "free choices", and therefore feel to have no right to just interfere heavily with any of our human decisions, no matter how bad they are. So basically if our stupid mankind prefers wars and hate and oppressing other fellow humans over respect, love, and the idea of all being connected - it is our choice, and we have to learn the hard way, if our behaviors turn out bad and harmful for us and our planet. After all we also have the choice to do otherwise, and focus more on spreading love, respect, joy, peace, help and creating values instead of tools for mass destruction like weapons. That being said, our extra terrestrial observers follow the law of "free choice" without taking any massive actions upon us or our planet. This may be part of the reason, why some people do not want to believe in their existence, asking for them to show up for proof. But why would they? They have no interest in proving anything. Again, it is our free will at all times to chose to focus on the good and love or on hate. However..... The reason why Extra Terrestrials do show up, and do work with selected individuals on a wide scale actually is, that beyond the law of "free choice" they respect, there is a limit in as far as any civilization may go, and that limit is, when the behavior of a few may dangerously impact the whole. That means, if humans on Earth would do something so stupid to finally self-destruct their human race by so heavily polluting the Planet Earth, intoxicating the atmosphere or blowing Earth up with a nuclear bomb, well at this point not only we as humans are affected, but the whole Universe! Like the butterfly effect, the wave of an exploding Earth or something similar would absolutely impact the electronic vibrations, magnetic fields, cosmic radiation, in short the energy field around, that the ripple effect of such an enormous event would go through the whole Universe! And this is the point where the Extra Terrestrials observing our planet need to influence humans in a way, that a disaster that would have negative impacts on the Universe and the Creation shall not happen. They look at us like children playing in the kindergarten. A caring parent will let the children explore the world, play around, interact with each, and do their experiments. But the moment a parent realizes that the unknowing child is approaching something rather dangerous without the awareness of it, for example lighting a fire, the parent must gently but clearly give the child a hint to not keep doing is because it could result in severe damage. Something like that metaphor is out situation with the Extra Terrestrial Cosmic Law of Non-Interferance. They know more than we do, they are technologically and spiritually way more advanced. And with all respect for us, our life form, and our level of development, they cannot just jump on us and force any change, no matter how good the intentions. It would be considered an intrusion. And also many humans would not understand it anyway. So, now that a dangerous level of abuse of mother nature and humans with each other is reached, and our technology has achieved levels of mass destruction weapons sufficient to blow up our planet 100x, the Extra Terrestrials feel obligated to support our conscious awakening, and so the conscious awareness of our situation all over the World, so that we can deliberately and out of our own free will take necessary changes to prevent disaster. Only when we all consciously get aware of what is going on and then one by one start to initiate steps of change collectively, only then true change can happen. Improvement on our planet can only happen from within. First in our minds and our awareness. Then by conscious awareness of our collective human race. Then the steps to take towards improvement become self-explanatory. This is what the Extra Terrestrials are aiming to achieve.
