334 videos • 7,681 views • by Erno Sallinen IMPORTANT - Read this if you want to use these tracks: Currently most of the basic versions of my backing tracks are available for FREE use on YouTube. However, because I base my work on copyrighted material, I don't make any money from ads. Virtually all generated income goes directly to the copyright owners, and rightfully so. If you use them in your own videos, all I ask in return is for you to include my 5 second splash screen. You can download it in high quality from the link below. ▶ https://splashscreen.shredtrax.net I want to avoid a total paywall as long as possible. If you want to support my work and keep my basic content available for people who can't afford to pay anything, please visit the link below to see how you can help. ▶ http://www.shredtrax.net The full backing track packs of these songs include MIDI, Cubase files, unmixed multitrack, mixed stems and multi tempo backing tracks - all audio in high quality without sound logos. They can be found here: ▶ https://store.shredtrax.net If you see someone using my work without crediting me, please let them know. Remember to be respectful. Thank you for your support. It might be a small thing for you, but it means the world to me. — When learning a new song on any instrument, it is generally a good idea to practice it very slowly at first. Practicing at different tempos is key to mastering the techniques needed to play the song. This can get pretty boring if you're practicing alone with a metronome. That's why I've created these backing tracks for metal guitarists (or whoever finds them useful), so that they can "play with the band" even when practicing at a very slow tempo. The tempos available are 50%, 75%, 90%, 100% and 105% (110% on earlier videos) - for getting that extra confidence for the original tempo. SHRED TRAX backing track packs can also be used to record your own cover of the song, practice mixing, make backing tracks for live use - or pretty much what ever you can think of! What song would you like me to do next? Leave a comment and I'll do my best to fulfil your wishes! All suggestions go on a list from which I choose poll options for Patreon, where my patrons get to vote. Also, please send me links to the covers you make, so that I can promote them on my channels. It warms my heart to see people using my work :)
