16 videos • 105 views • by Ursa Major Recordings - Dasè Records Federico Bosio began with classical guitar at the age of 10, then, influenced by groups such as the Beatles, Pink Floyd, Beach Boys and AC/DC moved to rock and finally to jazz. In this period he began to know the great jazz artists such as Miles Davis, Thelonious Monk, Pat Metheny. He graduated in Siena Jazz in 2017 and attended several summer seminars including Tuscia in Jazz, Siena Jazz, Fara Music, Merano Jazz. Since 2012 he has taught guitar and music theory at UpDoo Music Courses, both in presence and online. Important will be the trip to New York in 2018, city in which he will remain for four months. In 2019 he recorded his first leading CD "Double time" at the Artesuono (UD) studio. The album was released in 2020 on the Dodicilune label. In 2021 he moved to Rome to attend the Biennium of Jazz Guitar at the Saint Louis College of Music. In the capital he has the opportunity to play with different formations (solo, duo, group) in several places: House of Jazz, Teatro Arciliuto, Quid, RomArtFactory, Boogie Club.
