This is an amazingly tasty, juicy and tender fish. This batter envelops the fish and its juice remains completely, so the fish will never dry out and will be very tender.
Recipe:
fish (pelengas) - 1 kg
spices for fish
salt
plain yogurt (or sour cream) - 150 g
egg - 2 pcs.
corn flour - 4 tablespoons
bread crumbs - 2 tablespoons
baking powder - 1 tsp
vegetable oil

Rinse and clean the fish. Then add the fish spices and salt. Make the batter and dip each bite in the batter and fry the fish over medium heat for five minutes on each side.
