Today I cook delicious and fluffy pancakes.

Recipe:
warm milk - 200 ml
sour cream - 150 g
soda - 1/2 tsp
sugar - 1 tablespoon
egg - 1 pc.
flour - 150 g
vegetable oil for frying
serve with jam and sour cream.

Take warm milk and add all the ingredients to it. Stir well, cover and leave for 15-20 minutes. Then do not stir and begin to fry in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Fry the pancakes on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
