Yesterday was Thanksgiving in the United States, but why not make gratitude a regular practice? Last year, I created this 21-day gratitude challenge to help people start practicing gratitude, really feel into the state and its benefits, and play around with how to approach it.

I’m not posting a video this week while I’m overseas. These moments away from the usual timeline, whether big or small, are so important to re-center ourselves, our lives, our relationships. How are you valuing and making space for this as a practice in YOUR life? Give yourself permission for whatever you need to gain a larger perspective or connect with the moment. This is worth it for you--you're worth it!--and it's also how more wellbeing and connection will spread in the world.
