I am able to easily identify with my client's emotions even when they are unable to identify with them themselves at first. This is done by saying words that each client defines by their emotions. Words are defined by our emotions. With a further mutual discussion, a deeper understanding of their emotions will happen. I also ask the client about what happened at certain ages, which can get to the root cause of these emotions, or they are empowered with knowledge about themselves that they have forgotten.
