I am a stage 4 pancreatic cancer warrior. This is my inspirational journey of defying the odds. What began as a devastating diagnosis of unresectable metastatic cancer that spread in 2022 to my liver (and my lungs?), has become a beacon of hope and resilience documented here. Before chemo, I drastically overhauled my lifestyle - adopting dietary changes, exercise, and exploring integrative therapies alongside conventional treatment. This chronicles the lengths I went to heal.
