Papa Shango Were formed November 2003 by Papa Rob, who wanted to re-define the boundaries of performance music, wanting to entertain and seduce audiences as well as win them over with hard rockin.
In order to do so, the right musicians had to be found.
After a few trial and error sessions the right musicians were indeed discovered, each individual musician possessing a wealth of creativity, talent and experience.
