Initially, intended this channel to be private for my children's viewing only [private person by nature]. Aspiring to be more open and share more thoughts. So hope info helps anyone along their journey that might find it useful. Nothing fancy but to the point. All have captions as I tend to retain info better by reading and listening in tandem and believe that, in general, the majority do as well. While AI does almost all of the legwork for these videos the subject matter are thoughts that I have journaled about or, at least, looked into a great deal.
