roaches are delicious, I recommend adding garlic and pepper to season them. They taste great baked! Or even use the wings and grind them to make some seasoning powder! A good recipe I recommend is roach bread!!
Add flour to a tin bowl
Add eggs
Mix and add milk
Mix again
Add condensed milk or sugar (optional)
Mix (if doing step above)
Chop off wings of roaches
Add the remaining wing-less roaches to the mix
Stir
Add to baking pan or whichever mold suits your bake
Bake it for 20 minutes
Itβs done!! I particularly eat it with mustard or sweetish fish ice cream!! Itβs so good and delicious, perfect for summer transitioning into fall!! Happy eatings!! πππππ»π»πΌ
