I have created this You Tube channel to go alongside my blog - www.and1moremakes3.com. I am a wife, mummy to three beautiful nightmares and a blogger. My blog is about parenting and mental health issues and healthy living.

There is a section on my blog dedicated to weight loss, diet plans and fitness, and that is what this You Tube channel will be about.

Last year I finally managed to lose 3 stone, after years of trying countless diets and fitness routines. I did this by using the Keto diet, well, my version of it(!), and my fitness and exercise routine. I will be posting regularly about how I lost the weight, and showing you ways that could help you too. I am not an expert, I can only say what worked for me!
