Hi, I'm Karen Arthur, ex teacher and fashion designer now broadcaster. Mother and grandmother in my early sixties I lived in London for three and a half decades before relocating to the East Sussex coast.

I founded and host the The Joy Retreat Barbados: the worlds first retreat created for Black women in any stage of menopause. Next cohort is April 29th - May 6th 2024.
