KIN is Hong Kong’s first sustainable food services company, re-building a broken food supply chain and offering better ingredients in premium sustainable food services. Our mission is to change the way entire cities eat. We accomplish this by rebuilding the supply chain obsessed only with price. To achieve this, we establish direct connections with farms and prioritize ingredients that have the lowest carbon footprint and the best taste. We make these ingredients accessible to you through your local supermarket, your favorites restaurants, or our sustainable catering service. Our aim is to encourage widespread consumption of these ingredients to bring about systemic change.
